Hand’s down 10/10. Jessica is such an awesome woman!!! My nerves were through the roof and she completely put me at ease. My hair was pretty bad off and I was afraid it wasn’t salvageable. But Jessica worked her magic and it’s so beautiful. She was super helpful with information and products that I can use. And she has wonderful prices! If you want a real and down to earth hairdresser. Jessica is definitely your lady to go to.
Jessica (the owner) really makes sure to understand what you are looking for. She did a perfect job highlighting my hair. Very lucky to have her here in Floyd - I don't have to drive an hour to get my hair done anymore! Yipee!
If I could give more then five stars I would. First of all Jessica is amazing and very sweet and kind . She took time with me and helped me come up with the best color and highlight. My hair came out awesome. I will be going to her always now . I will recommend Jessica to everyone I know . Also the shop is hello kitty themed and I absolutely love it .
