The customer service here is awesome! The one woman business is very nice and clean and Melissa Shaw herself is very nice and a bit of an engineer as she repaired my stepped in frames. Friendly and super helpful! We will be back to get new glasses altogether. She truly enjoys her work and gets a satisfaction from helping people... and dogs too!

OMG! Finally I’ve found a place to purchase my eyeglasses for a very long time to come. They’re located in the hills of Southwest Virginia in an extraordinarily unusual town of rural country farmers, townspeople, and artistically modern progressive young-ins (as I will call them). The town was the last place I would’ve thought would sell ROGER eyeglasses. Melissa Shaw is an absolute delight to work with. They even repaired one if my favorite ROGER styles.
