Have been using Vailes for routine maintenance of AC and heat. Technicians Mike and Tim have been courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Kim is always friendly and helpful in scheduling service.
A highly competent and very likable crew replaced my water heater within days of my initial inquiry. The day of work was indeed a real pleasure; the guys knew what they were doing, were able to easily solve random problems, answered questions about related issues, and got the install done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
Vailes responded incredibly quickly when our HVAC broke, getting a technician to our house within 12 hours. Michael was knowledgeable and capable - he quickly determined what was wrong and helped me understand our options (and was very kind about our poor filter maintenance!). He was clear and detail-oriented at every step and never tried to upsell me. He then got the work done remarkably quickly and I am now sitting in a house that is cool and comfortable.
