Dolly is such a sweetheart,a cancer survivor and a Christian. Today she was sporting pink hair. She is old school but up to date. She listens to you and adds her expertise to come up with a successful style. And, you'll love her New York accent. My cut and color highlights was $70 compared to $200 at Salon Platinum.
