DC Baldwin did an excellent job at our home and rentals today. He was very professional and thorough. He communicated with me before and after our service as well as cleaning the interior of our rodent stations and replacing 2 small ones we had missing in our garage. Excellent technician.
Excellent company. Roger was early, killed my hornets thoroughly, and with a smile of satisfaction. Big nest and he made it look easy. Scheduling was easy and Griffyn at Bug Busters easily accommodated my request to arrive before business hours. I highly recommend these guys.
This was the first time I used bug busters as my previous exterminating company was no longer meeting my expectations. Bug busters was extremely thorough proficient showed up at a reasonable time and got me in the schedule promptly. The technician that came to the home was very friendly extremely educated and more than willing to address every concern and question that I had. I was also informed if you refer a family member you can get a discount so multiple homes can be treated at a very fair price. The technician also went out of their way to sweep the cobwebs from under the roofs eve on the outside of the home and my vehicle because I actually had ants in my truck.... read full review
