Jackie and Conner were very friendly and helpful. I was delighted with the cleaning of my two comforters. Wonderful to have a discount for both. I will definitely bring more clothing etc. to be cleaned at ZIPS!

Great customer service and very friendly staff. They did a good job of keeping the line short and getting me in and out quickly. However the cleaning service made zero improvement in my jacket. It still smells like it did before I brought it in which makes me wonder about how thoroughly it was cleaned. I think I will give them another try.

The clothes were clean and it was very affordable. My vest did get damage but the moment I told them they got is sewed and fix asap. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. Just outstanding service
