We had 3 of our grandchildren visiting for Christmas this year. The 2 boys needed haircuts desperately but the little guy is 3.5 yo and has autism. He doesn't like touch at all, sounds are off limits and we decide it's time for a professional haircut. He's never had a haircut but for mom or dad with clippers. It's always ended tragically with lots of tears and a very jagged outcome. William was patient and kind and fast. Coco was very nervous and scared but William was amazing with the little guy. There were very few tears except for me. It was very emotional for me to see someone so understanding of Coco's issues and working through them. I highly recommend William....read full review
