Last Spring we worked with Top Notch for the first time and were impressed with their response time, expertise and fair pricing. We recently had an emergency and needed to get back up and running same day if possible. Top Notch scheduled us for remote assistance with a specialized technician. Their Sr technician called at promised time, worked through our systems with me and resolved the issues very quickly and efficiently. Always great remote and in-house tech service. Top Notch has expanded to Richmond and other locations, but the quality of its services remains high. I need to upgrade my ancient laptop and will buy a Lenovo through Top Notch for sure.

Supporting small family owned businesses is so important to us and we appreciate that Top Notch has multiple locations across Virginia yet somehow manages to keep that family atmosphere. They are attentive, patient and knowledgeable all you could want from an IT company!
