If there's one word I could use to describe this place, I'd say scintillating. Lovely environment, staff, I'd definitely recommend it to friends and even non-yoga lovers.
I love this little studio! Walking into a yoga class can be intimidating, but not here. After years of no yoga practice, I walked into a gentle-level class after I threw my back out. And I walked out of that class upright for the first time in over a week. And then I kept going back. I have seen all shapes and sizes and skill levels in this studio-which is why I love it so much. The teachers are kind and patient and completely non-judgmental. This studio does not feel like a gym or exercise facility--it feels warm and cozy and safe.
