The Home Doctor came out and replaced all the windows in my home. They are a 1st class company, and I highly recommend them for any of your home needs. They are professional, take the time to make sure that any questions or concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The crew that came out to my home and did the window replacement were professional, polite, and do top quality work.

We had a section of damaged siding replaced after weather exposure. The team matched the new material closely with the existing exterior, so everything blends well. The project took about three days, including removal and installation. Compared to before, the house looks much more uniform. They also sealed everything properly to prevent future damage. It’s a focused repair that made a noticeable improvement.

Home Doctor did a great job with my windows. I replaced one window last year. They did a great job on the one. I had them replace the rest of the windows this year. Great work!

Terrible experience. I scheduled what should have been a simple estimate, but the estimator ignored my warning that the window was stuck and still tried to open it, which caused damage. I was told that they would come back and fix the issue but instead ignored my calls and texts. I finally used a different phone to call and then I was transferred to the manager and he essentially told me that it wasn't his problem. The company should have at least offered to bring the window back to its original state (I understand that it wasn't perfect). If they can’t respect a customer’s concerns or handle an estimate without causing damage, I would never trust them with an actual project. Completely unacceptable service.

I have been trying to get a repair on my roof that the Roof doctor installed in 2021, and they are very bad at responding and have not corrected this issue for over 6 weeks. Do not use this company! Poor customer service and very poor responsiveness and follow up
