We used NV to do a 2nd story addition on our raised rambler. I got 5 bids from 5 builders and NV design was one of the only companies not to bid a completely different job than requested; which I greatly appreciated!The design process with NV was simple, we went back and forth a few times to iron out details and then sent the design to Arlington for permits.The build process was estimated at 14 weeks and we completed in 16 weeks (which is honestly awesome! I've done other large renos on other properties and NV's timeline was very reasonable!). We finished a beautiful family room addition, kitchen reno, and completely new master bath and bedroom with NV DESIGN&BUILD earlier this year. We are thrilled with the results! The kitchen is gorgeous and is now the center of our home! I envisioned transforming our ranch style house to a modern farmhouse and that is exactly what they delivered.
