Amelia and her team helped me and my husband with two transactions - selling our former home and buying our current. From beginning to end, we only have great things to say. She helped us with the design process and went above and beyond by meeting us and even being on the phone with us (because she couldn’t physically be there) even though she really didn’t have to. My wife and I were absolutely convinced that the current environment would make for a painful process- we've bought and sold 3 homes, and we were sure this time around, with limited inventory and a frenzied market, would be a nightmare. Our experience proved to be the opposite; Amelia was fantastic to work with. She was always available and communicated promptly. Her expertise and helpful tips steered us away from a couple properties that had issues that weren't readily apparent. Amelia fought hard on our behalf to negotiate a price well under the appraised value. All of the professionals she recommended (home inspection, financing, movers) were excellent to work with.
