Wonderful massage. Had a horrible migraine and tension all day and Tina was absolutely wonderful and very skilled massage therapist. Looking forward to going again. They also have Guasha and hot stones!

I came in for a walk-in appointment. I spoke to one of the employees; she was polite and asked me to wait in a room for 20 minutes until they wrapped up the previous client. This is fair since I was a walk-in. Though the same lady asked me to pre-pay for the massage. I did not want to do this as I had never been here before and I have never been asked to pre-pay for a massage. She agreed to let me pay afterwards. I asked if I could go to the restroom beforehand. The polite woman showed me to the restroom. I had been in the restroom for maybe five minutes, and someone banged on the door, and I responded “occupied.” One minute later, this person banged on the door again and yelled “HURRY UP!” I wrapped up and washed my hands, and the same lady who was banging on the door yelled “you were taking too long.” I asked if she was an employee there, and when she said yes, I told her that I had changed my mind and I did not want to get a massage anymore. She then asked why, and I told her that I did not like how she was yelling at me. The woman then became very aggressive and told me that I should still get a massage and that I was taking too long in the restroom. As I was walking down the stairs, she followed me yelling at me that I was rude, and I wasted their time and just needed to use the restroom. I walked out and the woman was still yelling from inside. Thank god I did not prepay for anything.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience really left me frustrated. I came in for a relaxing massage and ended up with one of the worst sessions I’ve ever had. I waited about 20 minutes inside the room with no explanation. Then a lady rushed in and said she wanted to do cupping because I “had pain,” even though I never said a word to her about any pain. She placed the cups on my back within seconds and left the room.
The suction was extremely painful. I actually shouted for someone to come back and remove them, but no one responded. I could barely move. When the actual massage therapist finally came in, I asked her to take the cups off immediately.
Even during the massage, the first lady kept opening the door and interrupting, talking to the therapist while I was on the table. The whole experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and the opposite of relaxing. I paid $100 expecting a proper massage, not to be rushed, ignored, and left in pain.
This was definitely my last visit here.
