I wish there were more stars to give Tara. She is an extraordinarily gifted myofascial release therapist (as well as other modalities), and I have benefited from her healing talents since 2015. Tara creates a safe and nurturing space every time I see her, and can intuit things that I am not even aware of in my body. Every time I leave I feel lighter, more aligned, and hold less physical and emotional tightness. Discomfort or pain can create such vulnerability, and there is no one else whose honesty, integrity, and capability I trust as much as Tara.
I have been receiving myofascial release (MFR) treatments from Tara for years. I believe that Tara is extremely caring and competent. Whenever I have any aches, I book and appointment with Tara and the pain is relieved. I find Tara to be very responsive and respectful.Tara’s office is warm and welcoming. It is also extremely peaceful and you can come early or stay late to stretch, meditate, or relax if you’d like.I highly recommend Tara!!!Note; MFR is not a massage. Tara places light pressure in areas to gently release muscle tension. I have found it to be very effective.
Tara has a sixth sense for finding the root cause of the many aches and pains of this age group triathlete. She is great at explaining what she detects and how she is addressing it. With her broad knowledge of soft tissue work, mobility, and stretching we always have great discussions. She gives fantastic suggestions and is a great sounding board to weed thru all the information available on the internet.
