I brought my daughter here as she was going to prom and wanted a specific style that no one else could do or had time to do. It required extensions and my daughter hair color is hard to match. The manager did a perfect match just by looking at her hair the daughter before and matching the extensions. Her hair was beautiful and she added accessories which was the cherry on top!
Had Groupon and called Monalisa salon she said I could return the coupon and will honor the same price plus extra 20 for long hair which was 35 bucks , when I went there the lady there said it was $47 for todays price. After showing her my returned coupon she told 47 plus extra 25 which was totally misleading , anyway she finally agreed to honor the price and the lady who gave me a haircut was pretty good did a decent job. I would have rated them 5-star but due to my unpleasant experience I’m giving them 3 stars, Recommend others to go without Groupon price as they charge atrociously.
I appreciate them being open for a walk-in on a busy Saturday. The service was done well for a fair price. Obviously a busy salon, make an appointment if you can. About four hours for a wash and press and I was the third person in the door. Also I don’t appreciate getting sass from my stylist for using heat on my ends when I don’t heat style my hair ever.
