I have worked with Manuel on three major projects, and I can't recommend him enough. His work is great, his crew is excellent, his prices reasonable. I used Manuel to gut a kitchen in Adams Morgan, and right now he is redoing a sun room for me in AU park. I've also had him install a kitchen and rebuild a drainage system. I can't recommend Manuel enough!

Manuel and his team are always professional, clean, and thorough in their work. He gutted and renovated my English basement on Capitol Hill and it looked so good a decorating blog did a feature on it! I've used other contractors through Groupon deals and realized I have been spoiled by quality I've come to expect by using Manuel and his crew. Highly, highly recommend.

Manuel and his team are our "go to" guys when it comes to home remodeling projects- of which there have been plenty in our 100+ year old Capitol Hill home! They are competitively priced, courteous, respectful, and always leave a clean work site at the end of the day. We have used them for small and large projects including: master bath renovation (down to the studs, all plumbing moved), new exterior back deck, complete remodel of our English basement apartment unit including floors, closet addition & full kitchen, renovated main staircase, and more.
