Dr. Jones is awesome, both of my kids had braces with her and they both have had amazing results. She and the entire staff are great with kids, and polite and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone that needs to get orthodontic work.

Love the Service Dr.Jones will communicate and tell her patients about what she is going to do and all of her staff knows what they are doing and so does she we tried a place before Merrifield Orthodontist and had a bad experience this is the best place THIS IS THE ONE

We LOVE Dr. Jones and both of our children have had rounds of braces. Professional staff and very clean. However, Every single interaction with the receptionist has been negative. She's often on her phone, texting or playing a game or checking her socials. She is abrupt and not friendly, whatsoever. It's a shame, too, because we love the practice!
