The maintenance team at Eaves has been extremely helpful since I’ve moved into the building. My AC wasn’t working properly and George came and tried to fix the issue almost immediately after I put in the request. He found that they needed to replace a part that needed to be ordered, therefore will take a few weeks to arrive. In the meantime, he provided me with a temporary unit, which turned out to be extremely helpful in the rising temperatures. George Harrison is truly one of the rarest finds in employees. He is very kind, hard working, and professional. He came to my apartment room to fix some things and he did a wonderful job, he was also very quick and effective. I recommend him to everyone else who needs replacements to be done or just to fix anything.

Specifically for George. He came and fixed my light and my dishwasher. I knew the maintenance / repair team has been severely understaffed, but George was polite and got everything done as fast as he could. He also explained how to prevent issues next time with the drain, which I really appreciated. This man deserves a raise :)
