This place needs some new talent. They don't know how to do a simple trim. Don't waste your time or money.

Ruby gave me a great haircut. But the arrival process needs improvement. I was not told to sign in, just told to have a seat while the receptionist yelled back to Ruby that I was there. I sat for 20 minutes past my appointment time, no one said a word to me, and it turned out I actually DID need to sign in on a screen that looked as if it was out of service. I had to stand up and raise my voice to get attention. Not good.

I truly appreciate everyone there. They were all polite and kind and very efficient. Considering the cost of everything has risen so much for them to operate at this level of Low cost makes me be more appreciative. I have been visiting this place for years and I will continue. Thank you.

Honestly, I never thought I will ever find a professional and patient and pretty Hairstylist like Mehrnoush that works in places like Hair Cuttery. I’ll definitely be back and I’ve already told tons of friends about it. I think you’ll be wise to keep her if you want our business.

Worst experience getting my son’s hair cut. Told them to leave the top long they proceeded to cut it short. Son left in tears. Never going back.

Hello,
I came in at 4:45 AM for a touch-up and highlights, but I did not leave until around 7:30 PM. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted both a touch-up and highlights when I made the reservation, and I also mentioned it again when I arrived at the salon.
Unfortunately, only the highlights were done, and the touch-up was not completed. I waited almost three hours, and during my appointment, several other clients were taken in between me. I felt very disappointed and shocked, especially because I had plans for the holiday the next day.
I was also not happy with the final result. My hair became very frizzy because the color was left on for too long. This is not the first time something like this has happened, and I am very disappointed with the service.
