Came to Shahal on a family recommendation for a steering pump issue, and it was a great experience from start to finish. He was upfront and honest about what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and the price was fair. No hassle, no runaround. Just straightforward, transparent service. Would definitely recommend him and plan to come back for any future car issues.
