The gal who works the front desk is their biggest asset. She was attentive, super helpful, and got up out of her seat, walked outside and helped me find my car. Whatever you have to do- keep her. I liked the updates via text, thought that overall repair work was good, and I loved, loved, loved the they washed my car (even my mats!!!). I'll be back for all of my repair work.
