It’s never a great experience planning a funeral for your mother, but this location assisted and made this process as smooth as possible. Andrea was our primary point of contact & her customer service was amazing. She was very attentive and responsive. Our officiant was Roshawnda Pearson & she is the absolute perfect person to bring light to a room. She’s sweet, caring, family oriented & does everything in her power to honor your loved one. The only reason I’m not giving 5/5 ratings is because it seems that there is no continuity when Andrea wasn’t at work.
