Dr. Chen and his team are great! I've been a patient of Dr. Chen's since 2013-2014 and he has always been very personable, professional, and pleasant. He takes the time to answer all your questions and is very patient. I had concerns about my vision changing rapidly throughout the years/Lasik and he is conservative in recommending treatment and honest. I greatly appreciate that and my husband (also longtime patient) both trust his care/recommendations. Bonus points: Appointments are quick, efficient, and we've always been seen promptly. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chen for a few years now. Super friendly and attentive. Have not had any issues with my prescriptions. The front desk staff is also helpful and nice. Would 100% recommend.
I really don't have another experience to compare it to but, Dr. Chen was very pleasant and explanatory and I could see clearly with the prescription. I will definitely see him again and very happy I made the appointment!
