The lovely folks at CPR are the absolute best I work as a tech so my charging port gets dirty all the time and they always take care of me please don’t hesitate to get any work done with them lovely and timely done job all the time endless stars to them thank you so much

I came to this store after going to 3 different ones immediately before. My phone was having a hardware or software issue and was unusable. The woman behind the counter did some diagnostics in the back but was unable to fix the phone. I am leaving a 5 star review because she was nice, helpful, sympathetic, and actually had knowledge of this happening to other phones. She tried other things to try and repair my phone other than a hard reset and turning it back on and off (this is what the other places did)..She also stayed late and helped guide me through restoring my phone after a factory reset. Just got my phone back after having to get it fixed for water damage. I'm so grateful they were able to effectively and efficiently fix my device! The customer service is 100% and this is definitely where I'll be going if I have any more device problems. Best spot in Falls Church and surrounding areas!
