    UPDATE on my review from below: While it's still hard for me to know what to believe when I have multiple professionals telling me different thing, the salon's owner, Nora, did directly reach out to me. She spoke with the stylist to understand what was done and the products used. She was not defensive, but she did take the time to explain in detail why she doesn't not believe the hair loss was a result of their services. Again, I'm still at a loss, but I do appreciate the direct contact in addressing my concerns and giving me more possibilities to think about for my overall well-being. I will not be returning.     Things have been a little slow at Zoe lately, as is the case for most places at the mall. But I was very happy to get in as a walk-in and reconnect with Nora, the manager. She did a great job of tidying up my messy hair, which I had bleached, dyed silver, then let grow throughout the pandemic. It was looking pretty rough, but Nora did a great job.

    I will not be returning. After a disastrous highlight session, I was brought back in for them to fix their mistakes- but they didn’t have me wait. So within 3 days, I had two bleach sessions. And they let the bleach touch my scalp and on my temples. My hair has been falling out by the fistfuls for weeks now, and starting to create patches. I am 26 years old and just had to buy women’s rogaine to try and salvage the damage they caused :(
