My service advisor was Kwan Chon, who has many years of experience in automobile repair and maintenance. Kwan was pleasant to me the first time that I called. He understood the part that I needed replaced and knew where to obtain it. He set a convenient appointment for me to stop by for service. When I arrived, I noticed that the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The competing Toyota dealerships told me that it would take one hour of work to remove the old part and install the the new part. But it seems that I was seated in the reception area for less than ten minutes when Kwan told me that the work was done! He provided me with an initial written quotation at my request and he honored it at the time I paid. My car is working just fine now. I returned a few days later and asked Kwan to educate me about the part that was replaced. He graciously answered all my questions and gave me advice on how to choose a trustworthy auto repair shop. If you are seeking excellent auto repair service at a reasonable price, then be sure to visit WT Auto Body.
Right when you walk through doors you realize how professional the shop really is! Personal atmosphere. Free coffee! Watch your favorite tv show. I just don’t want to go home. Great place!
