My frames that I had previously purchased there years ago just broke out of the blue, and he was able to very quickly pull up the style of frames I purchased, check if they were in stock (I got very lucky and they were), and pop the lenses out and put them in the new frames. I had called in and spoken to him briefly and he was very kind and helpful.

Elderly mother lost her glasses. Came in with new prescription and the staff treated her with kindness and got new glasses ordered quickly and efficiently. Will update review when glasses come in.
