Uneducated staff on eyewear at this location . Tyler The store manager sells me a frame that was too small for my prescription. Once that was resolved by escalating it to executive service leadership because regional manager was too lazy to resolve the incorrect lens size for the prescription herself then the issue was staff didn’t know how to do adjustments as needed.
I was in the store January 6 for an adjustment. Summit the only employee in the store didn’t know how to do the adjustment. I went to American Best in Fairfax and said I was just at vision works in Fairfax and the employee didn’t adjust them correctly American best has it done in less than 5 minutes
My bad Experience wirh Vision works was not just one off. I was going there for about 6 months thinking it would change and it hadn’t
American Best is the way to go for your eyewear needs!

Friendly, patient staff. They smile, answer questions. They do not act put out like is so common nowadays. The doc was great. Doc did a thorough exam, answered questions, explained everything, made detailed comments.

This particular store in Fairfax has great associates who show genuine care. My associate helped me tremendously. I visited this store after experiencing disappointing service at the Richmond Hwy store and I’m so glad to make my purchase at the FFx store.

I've had a very negative experience. I talked to different people about my lenses and they do not put records in the system about status updates and whom I spoke to each time, so I need to start from square one and bring the prescription in in person a second time. Extremely frustrating. Plenty of other options out there.
