I give two stars less as I have two bad incidents with this provider that operator answer the phone and after you talk they say hello hello hello and hang up on you. Clearly there was no connection issue. If you don’t have the capacity to take a call then don’t. Hope they pay attention to this
Terrible practice trying to make money through virtual appointment and charging for everything. Doctor is also very conservative. Stay away there are other premier providers in NOVA.
They missed my virtual appointment and blamed me, i was waiting i. The vritual room at 8:27 - 9:00 when they called and said yjey couldnt come to the appointment. I had to sit in the room for an hour while she ate food. They insulted me behind my back when they thought i couldn't hear them. Terrible service and quality.
