I came in looking for some new products and Eva was super nice and helpful. She showed and explained different types of products and how to apply them. Eva was fantastic, not only was she knowledgeable about the different products, she was genuinely so nice. I usually go to ulta once or twice a year, but I will definitely be shopping here more often thanks to Eva. Management should give her a raise or at least commission, I bought at least $400 worth of products Eva recommended.
I used to dislike Ulta as the staff was ignorant, but that has changed. Staff is very knowledgeable: one sales associate showed my husband a skin care product at different price points. Today, however, I went to Ulta merely for a pick-up.
