One customer had a disappointing experience with a stylist who was not skilled at cutting women's hair and could not cut her hair as short as she wanted. However, another customer was pleased with their haircut, noting that the stylist was efficient and followed their instructions.
The salon is particularly popular among parents with young children. One customer took their children, aged 2, 5, and 7, there three times and praised the stylists' patience and skill in cutting their sons' and daughters' hair. The children's haircuts were well-done and styled, not just straight across cuts.
Overall, Great Clips in Fairfax offers affordable haircuts with convenient hours and online check-in. While there may be variation in stylist skill levels, the salon has a positive reputation for its services for both adults and children.
Dave does a great job cutting my hair. Most of the people working there do a good job. They listen to what you want and the app is great to not have to wait long. I don’t go anywhere else so I’d say I like it. Plus I took time to write a review.
Thomas is amazing! Great haircut when I am with him! I have been to other locations, but I find myself coming back to him because he knows how to cut my hair in a way that looks good and lasts longer than a regular cut. I will wait extra time for Thomas!
Thomas has the touch my hair needs. I appreciate his understanding of what it takes to make my hair look great! And, he remembers without having to look at clip notes..Thank you for having him, as a great stylist!
