I had booked an at this store specifically for a hairstylist whose name is Mimi, but when I arrived, Joy took over without explanation.
While Joy is skilled, she lacks patience and doesn't listen to customer preferences. I asked her to change the comb because it was not clean…she didn’t bother to do that. I got a good haircut, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Last year I cut my hair here and I loved how they worked with my hair, so today I went to cut it again
I love how it looks! They also did some highlights and I liked them :)
They are nice and they were honest with me hahah cause I wanted partial Highlights and they told me they would not look nice with my haircut, I really appreciated the honesty, cause they did what was better for my hair

Mimi did my color and blow out. I got so many compliments. My hair was shining. My color is perfect. I would highly recommend to go back and ask for MiMi. She is very friendly, thoughtful and patient and works with you to do what's best for your hair. I am from New York and took a chance to get my hair and now I would actually go back to her when I am visiting or if I relocate.
