I use Thrive Care services, and I want to take a moment to recognize Tsape. She has truly been the one bright spot in my experience.

Working with her has been genuinely positive, she is kind, and consistently responsive. Whether over the phone or in person, she approaches every interaction with care and professionalism. She does her best to support our needs within her capacity, and it truly shows.

I just switched home care agencies to Thrive and I have a great experience! THEY ARE SO NICE AND FRIENDLY! ? They made my transition to their agency smoothly. They even went above and beyond sending a caregiver to me when I was stuck in bed with no caregiver. My old agency could not find a backup caregiver so I was stuck in bed. Within a couple hours my new agency Thrive sent a caregiver when I had no one…so grateful! I am a quadriplegic so I cannot get out of bed myself that this was HUGE for Thrive to act so quickly making sure I had the care I needed. Thank you again! Wonderful agency to work with!
