Lauren cuts my daughter’s hair and is amazing! She looks forward to getting her hair cut every time. Fabiola is also the best when it comes to a relaxing wash! Lauren and Fabiola make the best duo.
I’ve been going to Lauren for literally years and she’s the only person I trust with my hair. She’s talked me through multiple different options depending on what I want (sometimes I leave with straighter hair, sometimes wavier), and she always checks in with me at the beginning and throughout the treatment. Event if things don’t go according to plan (with my hair sometimes the color doesn’t always take right) she always makes sure I end up with something I’m excited about; she’s scheduled additional appointments and has stayed late to correct concerns I had.
I absolutely loved my service! Not only did my stylist give me what I was asking for, she took the time to really understand what I wanted, why I wanted it, and was able to make suggestions so that we could work together to get the best end result. She also helped me understand things and spoke in laymen’s terms. I have never had someone take that much time and effort to do my hair. Keyanna made me feel gorgeous and made my whole week! Special shout out to Fabiola for the best hair wash massage! She made me relax and talking with her was like talking to an old friend.
