They had given glossy expensive hardbound portfolios: one for each of us. Very impressive; very "expensive"! Touch up paint. That's it. Sold on the first day for asking price. Managed our HOA's picky details for us. Very straight forward.Also he sold my mother's 1958 McLean split level for my sisters and I. Again, not a lot of fuss or effort on our part. All 4 of us were extremely happy.The question is, do you fantasize of having an HGTV house sale?
