My experience with Nu Look related to the installation of a new roof. Initially, I dealt with Mr. Hunter Jennings who was very informative describing my roof options and available financing. The price and roofing material quality that I received was optimal compared with other contractors that I got estimates from. I also qualified for one year interest free financing. Prior to the installation, Mr. Jennings was very responsive to my questions. Nu-look was very responsive and quick to act on our roof replacement after we encountered a leak in our kitchen. They were also able to contact and enlist the support of the company that had installed a solar water-heating system many years prior to remove and reinstall the solar panels on very short notice so the work could be completed timely and quickly. This alone was worth a 5 star rating; however, I was left hanging in regards to window shades on existing skylights that were replaced with the roof. Anyone in the northern Va area wanting to replace windows will find there are a number of companies to pick from. To begin with, I chose NU LOOK for their very favorable reviews and lifetime warranty. I had 85-year-old steel casement windows and was not sure if anyone would want the job of replacing them. But NU LOOK did the work at a very reasonable price. The job (15 windows) was done in one day with several inches of snow on the ground; and the installers were skilled, pleasant and communicative. The new windows are tightly sealed, quality-made, and easy to use/clean. And I can confirm that everyone at NU LOOK is focused on customer satisfaction.
