Jim Corridon and the entire Metropolitan Contractors team did a great job! We had a fire at our house and needed a restoration specialist on our insurance adjuster's preferred vendor list. I'm so glad we went with them. You could go with ServPro or another big chain, but you won't get the same level of care that the local pros bring. They did a great job getting all of our repair work approved by the adjuster--and they even got approved extra things that the initial inspector didn't find. The level of craftsmanship was great. We're so glad to be back in our home--it feels brand new!

We had significant water damage across two levels of our home, and since it was an insurance claim, we were new to the process. I got quotes from three contractors, and Jim immediately stood out. His calming, trustworthy demeanor and thorough explanation of the process put me at ease. His price was the best, and he also noticed more details about the project than the others did.

Jim was fantastic to work with! He answered every text and email quickly and never made me feel like my questions were a bother. Ben, our project manager, was also excellent: very communicative, professional, and easy to work with.

Metropolitan Contractors has been absolutely the best to work with on our project. They have been on time and on budget and the quality of their work is excellent. They use the same software as insurance companies making it easy to get claims processed and budgeted per the insurance company guidelines. Jim the President is always responsive and can be reached by cell or email and all responses/return calls are within the hour. Metropolitan handled the entire process of bringing in sub contractors, oversaw their work, and produced an excellent result. We would recommend Metropolitan without reservation and you should expect them to exceed expectations
