This was my 1st experience with Madison Reed ever at the Fairfax Corner location. The Colorist Meagan and Assistant Megan were FANTASTIC. The Colorist gave me option colors for my "root touch-up" And the color she decided was a perfect match! Will definitely be returning to this MR Color Bar. Thank you Madison Reed.

I was directed to this MR store by MR corporate after experiencing horrible service and terrible color issues at the RTC MR store.If I could give 10 ? I would. Olivia, the manager is professional, kind, honest, set realistic expectations about the time it would take to correct the mistakes of the prior store. It was Olivia that discovered that the prior store used the wrong formula for my desired color. I made an appointment at the other location and showed up to this one on accident. Olivia stayed past her scheduled time to accommodate me and has always been so helpful and does an excellent job. Highly recommend!
