I recently stopped by this Bluemercury location with my daughter because we enjoy exploring skincare and beauty products together. The store itself was clean, organized, and carried several brands we were interested in looking at.

Unfortunately, the experience felt surprisingly empty. We spent quite a bit of time browsing and genuinely weren’t sure if anyone was working in the store. At one point, I found myself wondering whether we were supposed to seek someone out because there didn’t appear to be any staff visible on the sales floor. It wasn’t until we called out and asked if anyone was there that assistance became available.

I absolutely love this store and the sales woman that helped me pick out two lipsticks was extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be returning for some more goodies.

I sincerely do not know where the bad reviews are coming from. I've gone into this store twice in the last 3 weeks. Both times, the associate was incredibly helpful whilst still giving me space. Honestly, it was nice to be able to browse without having to dodge groups of 12 year olds sampling products. It is a much more peaceful shopping experience than certain other beauty retailers.
