We had to replace an area rug that was 13.75 x 25 feet long. Kemper Carpet had the largest display of Stanton carpets for us to browse through and we were able to take home several samples to look at in our living room. We made a choice and the price was right, Kemper handled getting a border added to our carpet as well to get the right size. They communicated really well about the timing and the delivery was great. We LOVE our carpet, it is so soft.
Our carpet was installed last week. We are VERY pleased. Stuart, our sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to an excellent choice. The carpet was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Everything about working with Kemper was a great experience. Including, the professional installers, Alexa and Walter, who did an excellent job. We couldn’t be happier!
We received help from both Tammy and Stu and both of them were a pleasure to work with. Tammy helped us pick out hardwood for our main level and matching LVP for our basement and it turned out wonderfully. The installation crew was right on time, got the job done in less time than promised. Very happy that we used Kemper for the project!
