I would like to just preface it was nearly impossible to get an appointment at this location. Whenever I would call to schedule, I would be on hold for 40 to 50 minutes just to get in contact with the operator. Then they wanted to give me a hard time about my imaging order, they even attempted to cancel on me one time to which I had to call them back and wait another 40 to 50 minutes before I can get a hold of them to let them know I did have an order. Their scheduling system needs some major work.

My mammogram was such a painful procedure by the tech , speaking as someone who is post partial mastectomy . The tech was prob a newbie.
I wish I specified that I needed a more experienced person who has awareness of how painful and uncomfortable this is for a healing cancer patient.

Always very busy. Prepare to wait. Bring a book or something to do and a phone charger just in case.

One staff member said I could keep my hearing aids in until the last moment while another forced me to take them out immediately in the changing room. I struggled to understand what I was being told and couldn't hear well enough while on the MRI table. I'm hard of hearing and I told the staff that. Why don't they have a whiteboard or a CC TV they could use so I could be signed to? It's not accessible enough for deaf and HoH patients, but easily could be.
