Dr. Fischer and Tristan Case are very proficient and caring. They have a good caseload, especially now that they have moved their practice. Dr. Fischer is very good, when giving injections. Not fragile or over aggressive with the needlework. His assistant resembles Jackie Chan, but he is very nice and helpful.- A. Kelley

This is the best place ever!!! The staff is very friendly and will try to fit you in when possible. I was in severe pain and a little concerned about a needle placed in my back. Dr. Tseng's demeanor put me at ease and made the procedure a breeze. I'm a dentist and very grateful to have found this wonderful office. I highly recommend Dr. Tseng and staff.

The experience at Horizon spine and pain center was outstanding. Check in was easy with very little wait time. Dr. Chen Chen Costelloe was very professional and knowledgeable explaining everything. Because my husband has dementia they allowed me in the room with him. Chrissy who assisted Dr. Costelloe was engaging and very considerate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would rate them so much higher. They were genuinely there for the patient and getting the pain under control.
