I am an established patient with Dr.Moore and very much appreciate that he’s helpful and sane. I’ve never had anything but helpful experiences with the staff behind the desk. The black lady who answers the phone is especially kind.

I do feel sorry for patients in need of psych care, as well as providers, because we don’t have enough doctors in this field. I’m very lucky to already be established.

- staff were hit or miss, some were very nice and professional but others honestly shouldn't be working in this kind of work at all. I also didn't appreciate how some staff talked to me like I'm a child.

- was recommended to do a program here for anxiety and eating disorders but was put in a class with some pretty out there people when I was told I would have one on one with specialists. Also didn't have a single discussion about my eating disorders, instead was talked to about my attitude and unwillingness to participate in group therapy for issues I didn't suffer from.

- parking was horrible here as well, free but hard to get a spot.
