Horizons is one of the best places I have ever worked. The owners, management team, therapist, fellow nurses, intake crew and schedulers are all top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable home health agency to work for.

We had a truly excellent experience with Horizons Home Health. From the very beginning, their team was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. The skilled nursing care was attentive and thorough, with nurses who genuinely cared about both comfort and healing. The physical therapy team was fantastic—patient, encouraging, and very knowledgeable, helping to restore mobility and confidence step by step. We were especially impressed with the speech therapy services, which were tailored, effective, and delivered with great empathy.
Communication with the office was smooth, and scheduling was always respectful of our time. This agency made a challenging period much easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of home health services.

Horrific experience with Horizons when my father was in a dire need for help. Would not recommend their physical therapists or the PT manager to my worst enemy. They lie, delay, and destroy patients and their family’s hope. Zero professionalism or humanity.

I recently had Horizion Helathcare Services for nursing and PT. I had my labwork done incorrectly for 4 weeks. I had to bring to attention that labwork was missing. One week I was tested for pregnancy instead of the infection test I needed. Other weeks the lab wasn't taken correctly. Additionally their own staff doesn't understand their own policies - had the PT telling me I wasn't discharged from services and he'd see me promptly at 8:30am, while the management was telling me no I'm discharged. They both were saying that the other party had the wrong information. HHS added significant stress to my health situation with faulty lab work, lack of communication, and a general confusion among their own staff members. While I think the staff are all kind and mean well - if you're looking for reliable and trustworthy health services in a time of need I would go elsewhere.

I have only good things to say about this company. They were prompt and very friendly. Suzette Tiangco was our in home nurse for my father. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this service
