Brad and Terry did an incredibly thorough job with the home inspection, making sure that we knew not only the issues with the home, but what fixing those issues would entail; as well as making sure we knew how everything functioned in our new home.
They also were open to communication with us afterwards as we asked follow up questions from the report, and were just as detailed and helpful in their responses.

Over the last 7 years, we have used Guardian Home Inspections for both pre-dry wall and final inspections on two of our newly built homes, and we are so thankful we have!
