I had Initially left a pretty brutal review of my experience at Great Clips in Fairfax, and while yes, my haircut wasn't great and the timing wasn't ideal either, the customer service and treatment from the management was top notch. the owner of the location PERSONALLY reached out to me and was very apologetic, while offering everything he could to make things right! ended up having a 10 minute talk with him, and while the haircut I received wasn't what I was looking for, I think its important to remember that one stylists mistakes doesn't mean the others, or the owner are bad at what they do. Came in today and the lady who helped me out was very attentive and helpful. They have a $7.99 per haircut sale and she did a great job. The only difficult thing was making sure she understood what I wanted.
Felt like he didn't know how to cut women's hair. Would not cut my hair as short as I wanted it to be. I am post-partum and I finally had an hour to myself from my twins or work, so I ran over to get my hair cut for the first time in 18 months. My hair is a disaster from being post-partum, so I just wanted it gone. That didn't happen. Also wasn't going to cut the front of my hair either. Disappointed, but you get what you pay for, I guess. I will need to go get my hair cut again to cut it to the length I need to remove the unhealthy part.Service: Haircut
