From check-in to being seen by the doctor, everyone is professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend to friends.

This medical business is over-staffed, over-automated and overly impassionate. I had scheduled an appointment for extreme pain, kept appointment only to leave it in disbelief that nothing was done to help me (not even a urine test), but given a prescription for estrogen inserts for an area too painfully sensitive to administer. And expectation of return to them in TWO WEEKS! I was disappointed and actually shocked to be treated by a specialized Doctor this way. Fortunately my sister advised me to go to urgent care (Progressive Urgent Care) where they diagnosed an extreme UTI and addressed my immediate needs with care and compassion. A horrible lesson learned.

I love the decor of this office, I love that it doesn't feel like a stuffy doctors office. I was seen on time, and doctor Wade answered all my TMI questions with care and professionalism. Would highly recommend. and grateful I found them after moving from Los Angeles.

I had a great experience with my gynecologist. She is professional, caring, and always makes me feel comfortable. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes every visit smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this office

want to share this experience because it raises an important accessibility concern.
I arrived 19 minutes late to my appointment due to severe traffic and factors related to my disability, including the need to walk slowly with my service dog, Baldwin. I fully understand and respect the office’s 15-minute grace period.
However, applying that policy without any flexibility, conversation, or attempt to even accommodate a disabled patient felt inequitable. Accessibility isn’t about special treatment it’s about reasonable accommodation.
I was initially turned away immediately by the front desk, without empathy or any effort to speak with the doctor. only after repeatedly asking and offering to accept a limited visit with the doc or see anyone available was she willing to squeeze me in with a nurse practitioner.
Once I was seen, both the nurse practitioner and staff during the appointment were kind, professional, and friendly with Baldwin, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the front desk interaction was the opposites rigid, dismissive, and lacking curiosity or basic empathy and therefore my concern is specifically with the front desk interaction. The lack of empathy and rigid enforcement of policy placed the burden on a disabled patient to advocate for themselves in an already difficult moment. I hope the practice reflects on how inflexible policies can disproportionately impact disabled patients and considers more inclusive approaches moving forward.
