Thank you for the opportunity to say something good about someone as this has not been my experience lately !!! My relationship with FA Design started when i had the unfortunate experience of a builder walking with a lot my money on a renovation/new construction project. I decided to search for someone that carried my cabinets - "River Run". It was my lucky day when I learned that FA Design did in fact have access to those cabinets. I phoned them and was connected with Melissa Fielding, a design consultant. Her bright cheery voice coupled with her obvious professionalism and absolute desire to help me, put me at ease immediately. I let her know what cabinets i wanted and she sent me a quote (which was beyond reasonable compared to the prices i had already paid for the cabinets in my unfinished home) and the rest is history. My cabinets arrived in two weeks from the order date and were delivered yesterday. I cannot say enough about Melissa. If you have any need for cabinets, flooring or design assistance, I highly recommend contacting Melissa. I hope to send all the business i can to her and FA Design.
FA Design Build acted as a partner during my kitchen renovation, just as invested as I was in getting the details right. They take the time to spec and plan the job completely before any construction. The actual construction then goes smoothly with no surprises, no broken promises, and accurate cost projections.
