Ann went above and beyond to help me on one occasion, and again after I referred a family member to Dominion Driver Improvement Program. The class was straightforward and not too lengthy. I learned quite a bit, and I feel I am a safer and more prepared driver after completing the lessons in this class. I will definitely be recommending this course to anyone who needs it going forward! I can't speak on their behind the wheel programs, however their drivers improvement clinic was easy to do online (if you have that option) and their customer service is top notch. one of the best receptionist i've ever spoken to for any organization. she answers quickly, speaks clearly, responds to questions with accurate information, and has a positive attitude the entire time.

Ann's class was excellent, she handled every question well. I didn't find the class to be boring, even though it was 8 hours long. Prepares you well for the test at the end. Would highly recommend, very reasonably priced as well.
