Part of the roof was damaged by tree limbs. I called Franc, and he was able to assist me with the insurance company. Franc was very patient and informative. His crew came out and did a great job, and I had them do the entire roof installation after the initial repair and partial replacement. Franc and crew are very responsive and easy to work with.

From the time I contacted Curb Appeal Exteriors, LLC I was pleased. Franc Cordero reached out to set up a time for an estimate. We had to reschedule due to something on my end and when we did finally meet he was very cordial. In talking to him we realized that knew what we needed, might need and the procedure that would be implemented to get the job done. He worked with our insurance company to see if there could be any reimbursement by them. Once we agreed on everything the job was scheduled for the next week.
